Care and Maintenance

p For hygienic reasons, we recommend that you clean the accessories thoroughly with warm

waterandamildcleanerbeforeusingthemforthersttime.Whencleaningtheoutside

surface of the device, use a wet cloth and when cleaning the inside surfaces, use a dry cloth.

p Afteruse,rstallowthedevicetocooloffforatleast30minutesbeforeyoustartcleaning.

p Disconnect the plug from the socket and set the temperature dial and timer to the position

p Do not use any abrasive or scouring cleaners or alcohol for cleaning the inside and outside

surface.

p Do not use any pointy or sharp objects for cleaning the inside surface of the oven.

p You can clean the glass door of the oven with glass cleaner or a wet cloth.

p Never submerge the unit in water and never rinse it out with water.

p The accessories grill pan, fat collection tray, and grate are suitable for the dishwasher or they

can be cleaned with a mild cleaner in the event of mild dirt.

p The water container is not suitable for the dishwasher. Please rinse out with warm water or

in the event of limescale, using a biodegradable descaler (such as vinegar essence).

Storage

Store the device in a cool and dry area at approx. 20 °C.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution

The steam oven does

not warm up.

The fuse has been triggered. Switch the fuse back on.

The mains plug has not been

properly connected with the

socket.

Insert the plug into the socket.

The steam oven does

not cool off.

The steam oven has not been

turned off.

Turn off the steam oven. Discon-

nect the mains plug.

First use:

Smells and smoke are

emitted from the oven.

Forrstuse:Production

residues are still present on

the device.

Set the oven to the highest tempe-

rature. Allow it to heat up for

approx. 15 minutes.

Repeat use:

Odour and smoke are

emitted from the oven.

Leftovers from previous use

are still present in the oven.

Turn off the steam oven and allow

it to cool off. Clean the device

carefully (see „Care and Mainte-

nance“). Turn the device back on.
