Baking pan: Forgrillingandbakingmeat,poultry,sh,toast,pizza,andvariousothermeals.
Fat collection tray: Enables the drainage of fat, oil or cooking liquids from the food being cooked
into the baking pan. This prevents spraying, which may cause smoke to form.
Grate: Suitable for heating up of rolls, bread, toast, salted baked goods etc.
NOTE:Foodcontainingsugarandsalttendstosticktoallsurfacesandisdifcultto
clean. When preparing such meals in the baking pan or on the grate, we ask that you
immediately clean the accessories after use.
Prior to rst use
Before you use the product, you must
p unpack the product and check it for damages incurred in transit
p if necessary, clean the device
Unpacking the unit
p Danger of suffocation by the wrapper and bags. Keep children away from the
packaging material
p Unpack the product and accessories. Check the contents with the scope of
delivery (see section Product Contents) for completeness and damages incurred in
transit.
p Should you identify damages incurred in transit, please promptly contact the
customer service (see section Customer Service).
Cleaning the product before rst use
p Health hazard due to contamination! Clean the product parts thoroughly. Product parts may
still exhibit residue from production.
p Damage to property due to improper handling of the unit!
Start-up
Before using the product, ensure
p that the unit has been completely and properly assembled.

p Whenusedforthersttime,asmallamountofsmokeandmildodourmaydevelop.Thisis,
however, normal.
p Afterwards, please select the corresponding accessory (grate, baking pan or fat collection
tray).
Toasting – bake function for bread, creamed cake etc
1. Insert the grate into the bottom rack of the oven, then place the baking pan on the grate and
place the bread dough, cake or toast in the baking pan. Please close the door.
