Installation manual348.3 Wood setThe appliance is supplied with a wood set.3The figures do not always show the correct colours.3Observe the instructions below to prevent unsafe situations:-Only ever use the supplied wood set.-Place the wood set exactly as described.-Make sure the ionization and spark electrodes and the surrounding space remain free (see fig. 8-7 and 8-8).-Make sure there is no vermiculite dust on the burner.3Place the logs exactly as described, otherwise:-The main burner will not ignite properly; which could result in unsafe situations.-The appliance will become filthy more quickly, as a result of soot.-The flame picture will be affected.8.3.1 Installing the wood setThe wood set consists of a number of logs (see fig. 8-9), vermiculite (see fig. 8-10), chips (see fig. 8-11), glow material (see fig. 8-12) and ash (see fig. 8-13).2For Eco Glow appliances, a Glowing Embers set is supplied (see fig. 8-14).3It is not possible to completely cover the Eco Glow openings in the plate around the burner, which means there is a risk of scattered light. This can be prevented as much as possible by the correct placement of Glowing Embers, coals and chips. Scattered light can also originate under, above and next to the appliance. Take this into account when designing the chimney breast.
