Because this unit uses 4K panels with a native aspect ratio of roughly 17:9 the “Aspect” ratio correction settings
may help obtaining the best screen lling. The default value “Auto” let this unit to decide the best ll ratio.
Zoom: Magnies the input image to maximize the width size while maintaining the original aspect ratio. Part
of the image that runs off the edge vertically will not be displayed.
Auto: Magnies the input image horizontally or vertically to the maximum while maintaining its aspect ratio for
display.
Native: Magnies the input image 4 times from the center of the screen if the resolution is smaller than 2048
x 1080. If the screen size of the input image is larger than 1920x1080 Full-HD, the image is displayed at the
center without modication.
If you are not satised with the default value, you can manually select the best aspect ratio depending on
your source. Note that the panels aspect ratio is approx. 17:9 and is a little wider than 16:9
8.4  HDMI2 EDID
This setting changes the EDID information for HDMI2 only to make it compatible with older hdmi sources. If this
unit is not able to display 1920x1080 or lower resolutions pictures, connect this source to HDMI2 terminal and
change this setting to value B.
9.0  3D CONTENT AND 3D PROJECTION
9.1  GeneralInformationabout3Dplayback
Comfort and Caution with 3D Content
The closer one looks at stereoscopic images, the greater the binocular disparity, which means greater perception
of outward projection. At the same time, the spectator must focus on these outward objects on the screen. The
projecting image and the real focus distance cause a great contradiction, this strain contributes to fatigue and
discomfort.
Please stop watching if you do not feel well and consult a physician if necessary. People who already
have a kind of photosensitivity, sufferers from heart disease, and people in poor physical condition should
not watch 3D stereoscopic images. It is also recommended that you take a break periodically.
