Parameter Description
For PPTP Dial-Out
<index> It means the index number of the profile.
<name> It means the name of the profile.
<ip> It means the IP address to dial to.
<usr> <pwd> It means the user and the password required for the PPTP
connection.
<nip> <nmask> It means the remote network IP and the mask.
e.g.,
vpn setup 1 name1 pptp_out 1.2.3.4 vigor 1234 192.168.1.0
255.255.255.0
For IPsec Dial-Out
<index> It means the index number of the profile.
<name> It means the name of the profile.
<ip> It means the IP address to dial to.
<key> It means the value of IPsec Pre-Shared Key.
<nip> <nmask> It means the remote network IP and the mask.
e.g.,
vpn setup 1 name1 ipsec_out 1.2.3.4 1234 192.168.1.0
255.255.255.0
For L2TP Dial-Out
<index> It means the index number of the profile.
<name> It means the name of the profile.
<ip> It means the IP address to dial to.
