1. Befolgen Sie die Installationsschritte 1 bis 4 aus
dem vorherigen Abschnitt.
2. Bringen Sie eine ausreichende Menge des
mitgelieferten Ofenkitts auf die Anschlussränder
der Abdeckplattenteile auf. Verkitten Sie an der
Oberseite die Ränder gemäß (1) und (2), verkitten
Sie die Unterseite des hinteren Teils mit der
Abdeckplatte gemäß (1a), und montieren Sie
diesen Teil in dem Ofen; vgl. die folgende
Abbildung.
3. Befolgen Sie die Installationsschritte 6 bis 11 aus
dem vorherigen Abschnitt.
Aufstellen und anschließen
Der Einsatzofen Phoenix wird auf einem Gestell, der
so genannten "Stütze", platziert. Diese Stütze wird
unmontiert geliefert. Das Gerät wird auf die montierte
Stütze gestellt und mithilfe des mitgelieferten
Anschlussstücks angeschlossen.
1. Montieren Sie die Stütze, indem Sie die
Führungen (1) und (2) mithilfe der Schrauben (4)
und M6-Muttern (5) an den Trägern (3) befestigen;
vgl. die folgende Abbildung.
2. Setzen Sie die Stütze in den Ofen ein, und
schieben Sie gegen dessen Rückwand.
3. Nur für den Phoenix II: Schrauben Sie die
Unterplatte (1) mithilfe der mitgelieferten
Schrauben (2) an den Phoenix II an; vgl. die
folgende Abbildung.
Ausführung
1. Entfernen Sie vorsichtig die Ausbrechplättchen (3)
aus der Abdeckleiste (1), um Platz für die
Scharniere zu machen; vgl. die nachfolgende
Abbildung.
