1. Coloque dos leños de tamaño medio-grande
cruzados entre sí.
2. Coloque sobre los leños dos capas de leña más
fina de forma entrecruzada.
3. Coloque una pastilla de encendido bajo la capa
inferior de leña y enciéndala siguiendo las
instrucciones que vienen en el paquete de la
misma.
4. Cierre la puerta del aparato y abra las entradas de
aire principal y secundaria del aparato. La entrada
de aire principal está abierta cuando el pulsador de
la válvula no está pulsado. La entrada de aire
secundaria está abierta cuando el regulador de tiro
(C) aparece girado hacia la izquierda; véase la
siguiente imagen.
5. Deje que el fuego arda intensamente hasta que
quede una capa de brasas vivas. Introduzca la
siguiente carga de leña en el aparato; consulte el
apartado "Alimentar con madera".
Alimentar con madera
Una vez que haya encendido el fuego tal y como se
especifica en las instrucciones:
1. Abra despacio la puerta del aparato.
2. Reparta las brasas por la base de fuego de
manera homogénea.
3. Coloque varios leños sobre las brasas.
Apilado de madera suelta
Apilando los leños de manera suelta, la madera se
quema mucho más rápido, ya que el oxígeno puede
llegar a todas las partes de la madera. Utilice un
apilamiento suelto si quiere conseguir un fuego
rápidamente.
