Procure que otros aparatos de aire caliente (como
secadoras, aparatos de calefacción o calefactores de
baño) tengan su propio acceso de aire exterior, o que
estén apagados mientras el aparato está funcionando.
Suelo y paredes
El suelo sobre el cual se coloca el aparato debe tener
una capacidad de carga suficiente. El peso del apa-
rato se encuentra en el anexo "Especificaciones téc-
nicas"
En la base, debajo del aparato y en las paredes
alrededor del aparato, no deben existir con-
ductos eléctricos.
Los materiales inflamables situados bajo el
aparato deben retirarse o protegerse con una
placa de cemento de al menos 6 cm de grosor.
Las paredes inflamables cercanas al aparato
deben ser protegidas con una pared de piedra
de 10 cm como mínimo y 5 cm de aislamiento.
Proteja las paredes no inflamables cercanas al
aparato con 2,5 cm de aislamiento, como
mínimo, para evitar la creación de fisuras.
Proteja los suelos inflamables instalando una
placa ignífuga que los aísle de la radiación tér-
mica y de cenizas que puedan caer. Consulte
el anexo "Distancia a materiales inflamables".
Mantenga siempre una distancia de seguridad
entre el aparato y materiales inflamables tales
como muebles.
Asegure suficiente ventilación alrededor de
materiales inflamables, como una viga deco-
rativa. Véase el anexo "Distancia a materiales
inflamables".
Las alfombras deben colocarse a una distancia
mínima de 80 cm del fuego.
No ponga materiales inflamables a menos de
50 cm de las eventuales aberturas de salida de
convección.
