Empotrar en una nueva
chimenea
La instalación del insert incluye dos elementos:
La colocación y conexión del insert
Construir la chimenea alrededor del insert.
Colocación e instalación del insert
1. Coloque el aparato a la altura adecuada, sobre una
superficie lisa y nivelada.
2. Preocúpese de que entre las paredes existentes,
provistas de la aislación necesaria (vea el capítulo
"Condiciones de instalación"), y la parte posterior
del aparato, haya 100 mm de distancia; vea las
siguientes dos figuras.
3. Conecte herméticamente el aparato a la
chimenea.
4. Controle el tiro en la chimenea y el sellado de la
conexión en el canal de salida de los gases
residuales, haciendo un pequeño fuego de prueba
fuerte, de papel de periódico y leña delgada seca.
En caso de albañilería nueva, espero hasta
que ésta esté seca.
5. En caso de conexión a suministro de aire exterior:
conecte el suministro del aire exterior al set de
conexión que ud. ha instalado en el aparato.
Construcción de la chimenea
En la chimenea disponga el espacio de convección.
En este espacio, el aire debe poder moverse
libremente. Debe poder aspirarse aire para la
combustión y el aire calentado por el insert (el aire de
convección) debe poder fluir libremente por el espacio
calentado; vea la siguiente figura
