Der kan sagtens bruges andre typer headset, men det anbefales at bruge headset med en impedans på 32 ohm. Der
kan også bruges magnetiske headset til høreapparater i T-tilstand.

- Kontrollér, at batterierne er opladet.Kontrollér, at batterierne er opladet.

- Kontrollér, at Bluetooth er aktiveret på den anden enhed (mobiltelefon).

- Kontrollér modtagerenhedens lydstyrkeregulering samt lydstyrkereguleringen på den anden enhed.
- Niveauet på udgående og indkommende lyd kan variere afhængigt af den type telefon, headsettet anvendes til.
Modpartenklageroverlavlyd
- Kontrollér, at modtagerenhedens mikrofon er fri og ikke er tildækket af tøj, snavs og lignende.
Intetringesignalimodtagerenheden
- I forbindelse med visse mobiltelefoner er der ikke noget ringesignal i modtagerenheden.
- I forbindelse med visse mobiltelefoner afbrydes Bluetooth-forbindelsen, når headsettet ikke har været i brug i
et stykke tid.
