Andere headsets gebruiken
Het is mogelijk om andere typen headsets te gebruiken, maar wij adviseren het gebruik van headsets met
een impedantie van 32 Ohm. Het is ook mogelijk om magnetische headsets te gebruiken voor toepassing bij
gehoorapparaten in de T-modus.
Problemen oplossen
Geencontactmetdeandereeenheid
- Controleer of de batterijen zijn opgeladen.
- Controleer of de eenheid is aangemeld, herhaal indien nodig de registratieprocedure, zie het gedeelte Registratie.
- Controleer of de eenheden binnen hun bereik zijn.
- Controleer of Bluetooth is geactiveerd op de andere eenheid (mobiele telefoon).
- Controleer of de eenheid die u gebruikt met de ontvanger het headset-, audio en/of handsfreeproel
ondersteunt.
Slechtegeluidskwaliteitopdeontvangerbijgebruikmetdezender
- Controleer de volume-/toonregeling op de ontvanger en de volumeregeling op de andere eenheid.
- Controleer of het signaal tussen zender en ontvanger niet wordt geblokkeerd.
Laag/hoogvolumeopdeontvangerbijgebruikmeteentelefoon
- Controleer de volumeregeling op de ontvanger en de volumeregeling op de andere eenheid.
- Het niveau van het inkomende en uitgaande geluid kan variëren afhankelijk van met welk type telefoon de
headset wordt gebruikt.
Deanderepartijklaagtovereenlaagvolume
- Zorg dat de microfoon van de ontvanger vrij is en niet bedekt door kleding, vuil of iets dergelijks.
Geenbeltoonopontvanger
- Bij gebruik met bepaalde mobiele telefoons is geen beltoon hoorbaar op de headset.
- Bij bepaalde mobiele telefoons wordt de Bluetooth-verbinding verbroken als de headset een tijdje niet is gebruikt.
