Controleer of de regelaar op de achterkant van de console op VE staat en druk vervolgens op de knop RESET.

Controleer de positie van de regelaar op de achterkant van de console (MI = miles / KM = kilometers). Verwijder de batterijen en plaats ze weer
terug zodat de wijziging wordt uitgevoerd, of druk op de knop RESET.
GEBRUIK
Indien u een beginner bent, begin dan te trainen met een geringe snelheid, zonder te forceren, en neem indien nodig een rustpauze. Bouw geleidelijk aan
de frequentie en de duur van de trainingen uit. Denk eraan om het vertrek waarin u traint goed te ventileren.
