some years a go i bought Domyos comfort run with its serial number 0000 0000 0369 from decathlon branch in Rome-Italy, and took elsewhere outside of Italy. When I unpack the carton I couldn't get the start key which was supposed to be in the pack and due to that I couldn't able to use that Machin. So, I could you assist me in fixing that problem?
