GRUNDREZEPT FÜR +/- 30 WAFFELN
Zutaten
200 g Brauner Zucker
200 g Kristallzucker
200 g Butter
20 cl Sahne
2 Eier
6 g Vanillezucker
400 g Mehl
6 ml Wasser
Zubereitung
Butter leicht abschmelzen lassen (nicht ganz). Die Eier trennen. Es sind 1 Eigelb und
2 Eiweiß erforderlich. Den Kristallzucker, den braunen Zucker, das Eigelb, die Sahne,
das Wasser und den Vanillezucker verrühren. Das Mehl unterheben. Das Eiweiß steif
schlagen und ebenfalls unterheben. Den Teig 24 Stunden lang an einem kühlen Ort
auf ruhen lassen. Die Waffeln im Waffeleisen backen und die fertigen Herzwaffeln
abkühlen lassen.
GESUNDE HERZWAFFELN MIT DINKEL UND
HAFERFLOCKEN
Zutaten:
375 ml (panzliche) Milch
150 g Dinkelmehl
150 g Haferocken
2 Bananen
2 TL Backpulver
1 TL Natron
1 TL Zimt
6 Tropfen Stevia oder 1 EL Reissirup
1 EL Kokosöl + etwas zum Einfetten
Zubereitung:
Alle trockenen Zutaten außer den Bananen in einer Rührschüssel vermischen. Alle
feuchten Zutaten und die Bananen im Mixer durchmixen. Die feuchten Zutaten unter
die trockenen Zutaten rühren. Das Waffeleisen aufheizen und mit Kokosöl einfetten.
Die Waffeln im Waffeleisen backen und anschließend abkühlen lassen.
