TIERFORMEN
ZUTATEN
390 g Mehl I 1 ½ TL Backpulver I ½ TL Salz I 230 g ungesalzene Butter (bei Zimmertemperatur) I
112 g Frischkäse I 200 g Zucker I 1 Ei I 2 TL Vanilleextrakt
ZUTATEN FÜR DIE DEKORATION
120 g Puderzucker I 100 g Nutella I 60 ml Sahne oder Milch I 1 TL Vanilleextrakt I Prise Salz
ZUBEREITUNG
1. Mehl, Backpulver und Salz in einer Schüssel mischen. 2. In einer anderen Schüssel die Butter mit
dem Frischkäse zu einer glatten Masse mischen. 3. Den Zucker hinzufügen und erneut mischen.
4. Nun das Ei und den Vanilleextrakt zu dieser Mischung geben und verrühren. 5. Den Inhalt der
Schüssel mit den trockenen Zutaten in die Schüssel mit der glatten Masse geben. 6. Alles zu einem
weichen Teig verrühren. 7. Den Teig für 2 Stunden im Kühlschrank ruhen lassen. 8. Der Teig ist nun
eine ziemlich feste Masse, so dass Sie mit einem Löffel oder den Händen Teigstücke entnehmen
und diese zwischen den Backblechen zu Keksen ausbacken können. 9. Backen Sie sie goldbraun.
ZUBEREITUNG DER DEKORATION
1. Alle Zutaten in einer Schüssel zu einem weichen und cremigen Teig verrühren.
2. Sobald die Kekse abgekühlt sind, den Teig mit einem Teelöffel in die Kekse schöpfen.
Optional: Zum Verzieren einige zerstoßene Nüsse, Schokoladenstückchen o. ä. nach Belieben
über die Kekse streuen.
