Vyšľahajte žĺtky s cukrom (mixérom) do jemnej zmesi. Pridajte šľahačku a mlieko. Prísady
premiešajte a pridajte štipku soli. Zmes vložte do stroja na zmrzlinu. Doba prípravy: +/- 30
minút.

· 4 dl mlieka
· 150 g cukru
· 2 dl šľahačky
· žĺtky z 3 vajec
· štipka soli
Vyšľahajte žĺtky s cukrom do jemnej zmesi. Potom pridajte mlieko a šľahačku. Zmes zahrejte
pomaly k bodu varu, nenechajte ale prejsť varom. Vo chvíli keď sa objaví pena, tak by hore mal
plávať žltý krém. Stiahnite hrniec zo sporáka a nechajte zmes vychladiť. Nakoniec nalejte do
stroja na zmrzlinu. Čas prípravy: +/- 60 minút.
VANILKOVA ZMRZLINA
· 1 struk vanilky
· žĺtky z 3 vajec
· 3½ dl mlieka
· 2 dl šľahačky
· 150 g cukru
Vanilkový struk opláchnite a pozdĺžne rozrežte, aby sa zosilnelo vanilkovej aroma.Vložte
ho do pripravenej zmesi mlieka a šľahačky. Nechajte ohriať, ale akonáhle začne variť, tak
ho stiahnite ihneď zo sporáka. Hrniec so zmesou nechajte chvíľu vychladnúť. Medzitým si
vymiešame žĺtky s cukrom do jemnej zmesi a pridajte k tomu mlieko (vanilkový struk treba
vybrať). Znovu zmes ohrejte, ale nemala by už variť. Akonáhle je zmes pevná, stiahnite zo
sporáka a nechajte vychladiť. Obsah hrnca prelejte cedidlom a dajte do stroja.
Čas prípravy: +/- 60 minút.

· 120 g kakaa alebo čokolády
· 0,5 l plnotučného mlieka
· 75 g cukru
· žĺtky z 3 vajec
· 1 vrecúško vanilkového cukru
Rozohrejte čokoládu (kakao) v malom množstve mlieka a zmrzlinu pripravte podľa receptu
“Mliečna zmrzlina, príprava varením”. Rozohriatu čokoládu vmiešajte do pripravenej zmesi a
nechajte všetko vychladnúť. Obsah hrnca dajte do stroja.
Čas prípravy: +/- 60 minút.
