ZUTATEN:
4 Scheiben längliches Waldkornbrot
2 Scheiben Raclettekäse
4 Scheiben Speck
Gewürzgurken und Silberzwiebeln
CROQUE WITH RACLETTE CHEESE AND BACON
INGREDIENTS:
4 slices long Waldkorn bread
2 slices raclette cheese
4 slices bacon
gherkins and pearl onions

BEREIDING:
Bak het spek krokant. Beleg twee sneetjes walkornbrood
met de raclettekaas en het spek. Bedek met de overige
twee sneetjes brood en bak in de croquemachine tot de
kaas gesmolten is. Werk af met zilveruitjes en augurkjes.
PRÉPARATION :
Faites dorer le lard fumé à la poêle. Déposez le fromage
à raclette et le lard fumé entre deux tranches de pain
waldkorn. Recouvrez le croque avec les deux tranches de
pain restantes et faites-le cuire dans l’appareil jusqu’à ce
que le fromage soit fondu. Ajoutez enn les cornichons
et les petits oignons.
ZUBEREITUNG:
Braten Sie den Speck knusprig an. Belegen Sie zwei
Scheiben Waldkornbrot mit Raclettekäse und Speck.
Mit den verbliebenen zwei Scheiben Brot bedecken und
im Sandwichmacher backen, bis der Käse geschmolzen
ist. Runden Sie das Ganze mit Silberzwiebeln und
Gewürzgurken ab.
METHOD:
Cook the bacon until crispy. Top two slices of Walkorn
bread with the raclette cheese and the bacon. Cover
with the other two slices of bread and bake in the croque
machine until the cheese has melted. Top it off with
pearl onions and gherkins.
