ANTES DEL PRIMER USO
· Limpie bien el aparato, la piedra y los platitos antes del primer uso. (Véase “Limpieza y
mantenimiento”).
· Cuando se utiliza por primera vez, la resistencia puede liberar un ligero olor a humo. Esto
es perfectamente normal y seguro. Por lo tanto, para el primer uso deje que la parrilla se
precaliente 10 minutos y elimine cualquier posible residuo.
· Preferentemente, coloque el aparato sobre una supercie fácil de limpiar.
· Asegúrese de que el botón selector de temperatura se encuentra en la posición más baja
posible e introduzca el enchufe en la toma de corriente.
· Ponga el control de temperatura en la posición más alta posible para calentar el aparato y
también para asar.
· También puede amplicar el tiempo de asado y cocinado colocando el control de
temperatura en una posición más baja.
USO
PARRILLA DE PIEDRA
· Coloque la piedra con la cara brillante y con los bordes exteriores hacia arriba.
· Nunca ponga una piedra fría sobre un aparato ya precalentado.
· Deje precalentar la parrilla al menos 10 minutos y un máximo de 30 minutos hasta que note
que la piedra está bastante caliente para asar.
· Aplique una capa na de aceite vegetal para evitar que los alimentos se peguen. Una na
capa de sal tiene el mismo efecto.
· No ponga alimentos congelados en la piedra, los debe descongelar primero.
· No ponga alimentos ácidos (pepinillos, cebollas) en la piedra.
