LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
No utilice productos de limpieza abrasivos o corrosivos.
Limpie el aparato después de cada uso. Saque el enchufe de la toma de corriente y espere
hasta que el aparato se haya enfriado lo suciente. La parrilla es más fácil de limpiar mientras
todavía está un poco caliente. Limpie las placas con un paño suave para eliminar los residuos
de la cocción. Guarde el aparato en un lugar plano y seco cuando no lo uses.
RECETAS
GOFRES DE BRUSELAS CON HELADO Y NATA
Ingredientes
· 250 g de harina
· 4 huevos
· 1 cucharada de azúcar
· 20 g de levadura
· 2 dl de agua
· 100 g de mantequilla derretida
· 3 dl de leche tibia
· 4 bolas de helado de vainilla y nata
Mezcle la harina con las yemas de huevo y el azúcar. Mezcle la levadura con agua tibia y
mezcle con la masa. A continuación, mezcle la leche tibia con la mantequilla derretida bajo la
masa. Bata las claras a punto de nieve e introdúzcalas, con cuidado, bajo la masa. Prepare los
gofres en la gofrera y sirva con azúcar glas, helado y nata.

· 70 g de azúcar
· 2 huevos
· 50 g de levadura fresca
· 215 g de mantequilla
· Sal
· 300 g de azúcar perlado
