LÜTTICHER WAFFELN
Zutaten
· 500 g Mehl
· 150 ml lauwarmes Wasser
· 70 g Zucker
· 2 Eier
· 50 g frische Hefe
· 215 g Butter
· Salz
· 300 g Hagelzucker
Die Hefe in dem lauwarmen Wasser auösen und zu einem Teil des Mehls (300 g) geben.
Zucker, Eier und 15 g Butter zugeben und zu einer homogenen Masse verrühren. Das restliche
Mehl zusammen mit einer Prise Salz darüberstreuen. Restliche Butter darauf verteilen
und den Teig 15 Minuten ruhen lassen. Den Teig anschließend gut durchkneten und zum
Schluss den Hagelzucker hinzugeben. Den Teig ausrollen und in kleine Häufchen von jeweils
100 g zerteilen. Diese 15 Minuten lang unter einem feuchten Geschirrtuch gehen lassen.
Anschließend goldbraun ausbacken.
HERZHAFTE WAFFELN
Zutaten
· 4 Blätterteigblätter
· 5 Scheiben Schinken, geräucherter Lachs, Gandaschinken, Kräuterkäse, Mozzarella, junger
Käse, Emmentaler
· 4 getrocknete Tomaten
· Tapenade
· Saure Sahne
Zwei Blätterteigblätter auf die Arbeitsäche legen und nach Geschmack mit Schinken, Käse,
Lachs usw. belegen. Mit den restlichen beiden Blätterteigblättern bedecken. Den Teig in
Quadrate à 4 mal 4 cm schneiden, diese in das Waeleisen legen und backen. Mit saurer
Sahne und Tapenade servieren.
