ASSENZA

Per una breve assenza è possibile lasciare l’apparecchio acceso. In caso di assenza prolungata procedere

come segue:

· Rimuovere tutti gli alimenti dal congelatore.

· Rimuovere la spina dalla presa elettrica.

· Pulire accuratamente il congelatore.

· Lasciare aperto lo sportello del congelatore per prevenire mue e cattivi odori.

INTERRUZIONE DELLA CORRENTE ELETTRICA

· In genere, le interruzioni di corrente vengono riparate entro una o due ore e non modicano la

temperatura dell’apparecchio. In caso di interruzione della corrente elettrica, è comunque necessario

ridurre al minimo le aperture della porta.

· Per interruzioni di maggiore durata, è necessario proteggere il cibo, per esempio con del ghiaccio

secco.

· Gli alimenti congelati rimangono intatti se la corrente non manca per più di 15 ore. Gli alimenti che

si sono completamente scongelati non devono essere ricongelati. Potrebbero essere dannosi per la

salute.

REGOLE IMPORTANTI

· Non mettere mai alimenti caldi nel congelatore.

· Assicurarsi sempre che il congelatore non sia riempito eccessivamente, in modo che gli alimenti

possano essere rareddati sucientemente.

· Aprire lo sportello del congelatore solo quando è necessario.

· L’apparecchio non può essere utilizzato per soggiorni all’aperto, come ad esempio in una tenda.

· Può essere utilizzato solo in ambienti chiusi.

· L’apparecchio non può essere utilizzato in mezzi di trasporto pubblici.

· Tenere nell’apparecchio tutti gli accessori, come ripiani, scaali sportello e cassetti, per un consumo

energetico più basso possibile.

· Non mettere bevande gassate nel congelatore. La bottiglia subisce pressione e può esplodere.

· Fare attenzione quando si consumano dei gelati conservati nel congelatore. Questi possono causare

lesioni da congelamento.

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE

· Non utilizzare detergenti aggressivi o solventi.

· Togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente.

· Togliere gli alimenti dall’apparecchio e conservarli in un luogo fresco.

· Pulire l’apparecchio con un panno morbido e pulito, utilizzando acqua calda e un detergente delicato.

· Pulire la guarnizione della porta solo con acqua, passandola con cura.

· Dopo la pulizia, inserire la spina nella presa e impostare la temperatura desiderata.

· Rimettere gli alimenti nel freezer.

SBRINAMENTO: CONGELATORE

Lo strato di ghiaccio nel congelatore inuisce negativamente sul rareddamento degli ali-menti e causa

un eccessivo consumo energetico. Togliere con regolarità lo strato di ghiaccio.
