Para retirar la picadora de carne, pulse el botón de desbloqueo. Gire a la picadora de
carne un cuarto de vuelta en sentido horario. Limpie bien todas las piezas y seque todo
completamente antes de usarlo de nuevo.
LIMPIEZA
¡No poner en el lavavajillas!
OPCIONAL: PASTA DO9070KR-L-T-S
Hay tres accesorios: rodillo para
lasaña, cortador de tallarines y
cortador de espaguetis. Para hacer
espaguetis o tallarines, también debe
usar el rodillo para lasaña hacer en
láminas planas de pasta.
PREPARACIÓN DE LA MASA
Receta Básica
• 500 gramos de harina
• 4 huevos
• una pizca de sal
• 2,5 ml de aceite
• agua
Para pasta de trigo integral, sustituya la harina normal por harina integral.
Para pasta rosa suprima un huevo y añada 75 g de pasta de tomate
• Ponga los ingredientes en el recipiente.
• Mezcle con el gancho de masa a la velocidad 1-2 durante 2 a 3 minutos. Añada
agua si la masa está demasiado seca.
• Coloque el robot de cocina y amase con la mano masa hasta que esté suave.
• Deje que repose durante 15 minutos en un paño.
• Coloque el rodillo para masa en el punto de conexión de accesorios.
• Use en primer lugar el rodillo para lasaña para hacer láminas planas de masa.
• Haga pasar estas láminas de masa por el cortador de masa para espagueti o
tallarines.
• Llene una olla grande hasta tres cuartas partes de agua y añada una pizca de sal.
• Añada aceite de oliva con el n de evitar que la masa se pegue entre sí.
• Espere a que el agua hierva y añada la pasta. Deje que cueza a fuego lento durante
2 a 4 minutos, dependiendo de sus preferencias personales.
LIMPIEZA
El juego de pasta debe frotarse con un paño húmedo y secarse bien. ¡No sumerja en
agua ni poner en el lavavajillas!
