BRUSELSKÉ VAFLE SO ZMRZLINOU A ŠĽAHAČKOU
Ingrediencie
· 250 g hladkej múky
· 4 vajcia
· Lyžice cukru
· 20 g droždie
· 2 dl vlažnej vody
· 100 g rozpusteného masla
· 3 dl vlažného mlieka
· 4 kopčeky vanilkovej zmrzliny a šľahačka
Rozšľahajte múku s vaječnými žĺtkami a cukrom. Droždie rozmiešajte vo vlažnej vode
a vmiešajte do cesta. Vlažné mlieko a rozohriate maslo tiež vmiešajte do cesta a všetko
dôkladne premixujte ako cesto. Z vaječných bielkov vyšľahajte sneh, ktorý opatrne vmiešajte
do cesta. Z takto pripraveného cesta môžete piecť vae a pred servírovanie pocukrovat,
nazdobiť a podávať so zmrzlinou.
SLADKÉ VAFLE Z LIÉGE
Ingrediencie
· 500 g hladkej múky
· 150 ml vlažnej vody
· 70 g cukru
· 2 vajcia
· 50 g čerstvých kvasníc
· 215 g masla
· Štipka soli
· 300 g práškového cukru
Kvasnice rozpustite vo vlažnej vode a nalejte do časti hladkej múky (300 g).
Pridajte cukor, vajcia a 15 gramov masla. Všetko premiešame až do vláčneho cesta. Posypeme
zvyškom múky a pridáme štipku soli. Na cesto hore položte zvyšok masla a nechajte 15 minút
v pokoji. Následne všetko dôkladne premiešajte a ku koncu zamiešajte práškový cukor. Z cesta
si pripravte bochníčky, ktoré ešte necháte 15 minút odpočívať pod vlhkou utierkou. Potom
pečte až do zlatohneda a chrumkava.
