RACLETTES

• For raclettes allow approximately 200-250g special raclette cheese per person.

Cut the cheese into thin 2mm slices.

• Lay the cheese in the little raclette pans and place these on the appliance. The

cheese will take 3-4 minutes. Do not overll the pans.

• Combinations can be created with onions, gherkins, ham, lettuce, potatoes and

baguettes.

• The raclette pans are suitable for frying eggs or small potatoes and even meat.

• Only use the handles to hold the pans and make sure you do not heat up empty

pans.

CLEANING

1. Switch the appliance off and remove the plug from the electric socket before

cleaning the appliance. Wait until the appliance has sufciently cooled off.

2. All external surfaces can be cleaned with a moist cloth or sponge. Possibly also

with washing up liquid and water. Never use any sharp objects; always use a

wooden scraper. Make sure that no water is allowed to get inside the appliance’s

electrical circuitry.

3. Never use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents. These may cause damage to the

special non-stick layer.

4. Never immerse the appliance in water or any other type of liquid. Never wash the

appliance in a dishwasher.

5. The pans can be immersed in water and are dishwasher-proof.
