• Antes de conectar el hervidor a la corriente primero debe
comprobar que el voltaje indicado en el aparato es igual
que el voltaje de su hogar.
• La base del hervidor solo se puede utilizar para este
aparato y para ningún otro.
• No utilice nunca el aparato sin agua, esto evitará daños en
el calentador.
• Si involuntariamente enciende el hervidor sin agua,
el sistema automático contra funcionamiento en seco
desconectará el aparato. Si esto sucede, deje que el
aparato se enfríe, y después puede llenarlo con agua fría y
utilizarlo de nuevo.
• Retire el enchufe de la toma de corriente cuando no lo use.
• No deje que el cable cuelgue del borde de una mesa o
encimera, ni deje que entre en contacto con supercies
calientes.
• No coloque el aparato sobre o cerca de una estufa u horno.
• Asegúrese de que el hervidor está sobre una supercie
plana y rme. Esto previene accidentes.
• Para evitar descargas eléctricas no sumerja el aparato,
el cable, el enchufe ni la base en agua, ni en ningún otro
líquido.
• Cuando se vierte agua hirviendo, siempre se debe tener
cuidado de que el agua no salga demasiado rápido, para
evitar quemaduras.
• No abra la tapa para llenar el hervidor cuando todavía está
caliente.
• No toque las partes calientes del hervidor, utilice siempre
el asa o interruptor.
