· Gire el control de temperatura hasta la posición deseada. La lámpara indicadora de color rojo se

encenderá cuando el aparato se enchufe a la toma de corriente, para mostrar que el aparato recibe

corriente. La luz verde se enciende cuando se alcanza la temperatura deseada.

PARRILLA CON CAPA ANTIADHERENTE

· Aplique una capa delgada de aceite vegetal a la parrilla y los platitos.

· Utilice sólo utensilios de madera o plástico para no dañar la piedra, la capa antiadherente de la parrilla

y los platitos.

· En la plancha puede utilizar los círculos redondos para cocinar huevos o panqueques.

RACLETTE

· Ponga un grasa en los platitos antes del uso para evitar que se quemen.

· Agarre los platitos sólo por las asas y no caliente los platitos vacíos.

· Se puede utilizar los mini sartenes de wok para todos los tipos de alimentos: carne, verduras, frutas,...

pero también para freír huevos y saltear patatas pequeñas.

LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

· Limpie el aparato después de cada uso.

· Apague el aparato y saque el enchufe de la toma de corriente antes de limpiarlo. Espere hasta que la

parrilla se haya enfriado completamente.

· Todas las supercies externas se pueden limpiar con un paño húmedo o una esponja.

· Limpie la parrilla y los platitos con agua y un detergente suave.

· No utilice objetos punzantes, solamente un raspador de madera.

· Asegúrese de que el agua no pueda penetrar en el aparato.

· No utilice medios de limpieza agresivos o abrasivos ya que pueden dañar las sartenes antiadherentes.

· No ponga la parrilla bajo el chorro del grifo ni lave el aparato o la piedra en el lavavajillas.

· Limpie bien la bandeja colectora de grasa sobrante con agua caliente y jabón suave.
