FILTERS

The appliance has 2 lters. During a normal cleaning it will do to just beat out the lters. You

should rinse the lters 3 to 4 times a year. Dry them completely or if necessary you can also

replace them. After cleaning and drying the lters, place them back in the vacuum cleaner.

Filter in the dust container:

· Remove the dust container from the appliance as described above. Lift the cover of the

dust container with the text “open” to open the dust container.

· The cover of the dust container has a lter. Remove it by pulling on the handle with the

text “pull”.

· The sponge can be removed from the lter (A). This sponge can be cleaned under running

water. Allow it to air dry before replacing it. The other part (B) of the lter can be shaken

clean above a dustbin.

· Make sure that all parts are replaced correctly before using the vacuum.

Air outlet lter: HEPA

This lter will clean the air before leaving your vacuum cleaner. The

air outlet lter is situated at the back of the vacuum cleaner. Remove

the grill and take out the lter.

Clean under running water, let it dry thoroughly before replacing it

into the vacuum cleaner.

CAUTION:

· Always use the vacuum cleaner with the lters in place. If not, this can lead to loss of power

or damage to the motor.

· Do not place the lters in the dishwasher.

· Do not use a hair dryer to dry the lters.
