NOTA: el agua que sale por la boquilla está muy caliente, para evitar quemaduras
no la toque nunca con las manos.
8. Para hervir agua de nuevo, debe volver a accionar el conmutador de encendido/
apagado.
9. Puede dejar el hervidor de agua colocado sobre la base. Sin embargo, cuando no
utilice el aparato, retire siempre el enchufe de la toma de corriente.
FUNCIÓN ANTI-CALENTAMIENTO EN SECO
Si conecta por error el hervidor de agua con el depósito de agua vacío: la función de
seguridad anti-calentamiento en seco desconectará el hervidor de agua. Deje que el
aparato se enfríe por completo antes de llenarlo de nuevo con agua fría.
MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA
Antes de limpiar el aparato, siempre debe desconectarlo, retirar el enchufe de la toma
de corriente y dejar que el aparato se enfríe completamente.
No sumerja nunca la base ni el enchufe en agua ni en ningún otro uido
Limpie el exterior del aparato con un paño húmedo suave y con un detergente suave.
Nunca utilice un producto de limpieza tóxico.
ATENCIÓN: no utilice productos químicos, acero, madera, o productos de limpieza
abrasivos para limpiar el exterior del aparato, esto puede dañar la capa de brillo.
Cuando no se utilice el aparato, se puede guardar el enchufe debajo de la base.
VACIADO DEL HERVIDOR DE AGUA
• Cuando el aparato se haya enfriado completamente, retire el enchufe de la toma
de corriente.
• Abra la tapa del depósito de agua, utilizando el botón.
• Coloque el hervidor de agua sobre el fregadero.
• Vacíe el agua del hervidor.
• Vuelva a colocar el hervidor de agua en posición vertical sobre el fregadero y deje
que salga por la boquilla el agua restante.
• Si no ha utilizado el aparato durante un periodo de tiempo largo, le aconsejamos
que hierva agua y la tire varias veces antes de volver a utilizar el aparato.
ELIMINACIÓN DE RESIDUOS DE CAL
Para que su hervidor de agua funcione de forma óptima, le recomendamos que elimine
los residuos de cal del hervidor de agua cada 3 meses.
1. Llene el hervidor de agua con agua hasta la indicación de nivel máximo. Coloque
una taza vacía bajo la boquilla. Encienda el aparato y espere a que el agua llene la
taza.
2. Añada un descalcicador a la taza de agua.
3. Vierta el contenido de la taza en el depósito de agua y cierre la tapa.
