AANBEVELINGEN

N.B. : De hierboven vermelde aanbevelingen zijn bestemd voor een middelgroot gezin
en een normaal gebruik.
CULINAIRE RAADGEVINGEN
BEREIDING VAN ENKELE FRITUURGERECHTEN
1. Iedere langdurige verwarming vermindert de kwaliteit van de olie of het vet.
Schakel de frituurpan na ieder gebruik uit.
2. Vervang dikwijls de olie of het vet, en zeker als ze donker of vuil wordt, of als ze
abnormaal begint te schuimen.
FRIETEN
1. Gebruik liefst dikke, niet te nieuwe aardappelen. Snij ze in reepjes. Spoel de reepjes
onder stromend water en droog ze af.
2. Bak uw frieten in twee maal :
• Eerste bakbeurt : 150-160°C : 5 tot 10 minuten (al naargelang de hoeveelheid)
• Tweede bakbeurt : 175 – 185°C : 2 tot 4 minuten
Laat goed uitdruipen alvorens op te dienen.
DIEPVRIESPRODUCTEN
1. Diepvriesproducten koelen de olie of het vet uiteraard sterk af. Gebruik daarom
geen al te grote porties.
2. Schud de te bakken voedingswaren boven de gootsteen om overtollig ijs te verwij-
deren.
3. Stel de temperatuurkeuzeknop in op 190°C. Dompel het mandje langzaam in het
frituurvet om sterk opborrelen te vermijden.
