Para deshidratar fruta, se recomienda remojar antes la fruta en una mezcla de agua con limón,
con aproximadamente 10 cucharadas de agua y 1 cucharada de zumo de limón. Seque bien la
fruta antes de introducirla en el deshidratador. Asegúrese de que la fruta esté madura, pero no
utilice fruta demasiado madura o demasiado blanda.
Para deshidratar carne, se recomienda utilizar carne magra y cocinada. La carne deshidratada
no puede estar pegajosa y no puede tener un olor desagradable.
RECETAS
Cuero de fruta
· Mezcle fresas (u otra fruta) con azúcar o edulcorante y, si lo desea, con un poco de yogur.
· Vierta la mezcla sobre una hoja de paraexx o de silicona. No utilice papel de horno, ya que
se pierde valor nutritivo.
· Deshidrate durante 4 horas en la posición 2.
· Delicioso con helado u otros postres.
Aperitivo exótico de plátano
· Pele los plátanos.
· Prepare un cuenco con agua y añada 1 cucharada de zumo de limón.
· Corte los plátanos en rodajas de 1 cm.
