FRITTIERTE SCAMPI
DEEP FRIED SCAMPI
FÜR 2 PERSONEN I FOR 2 PEOPLE
ZUTATEN:
6 Scampi I 35 g Mehl I 75 g Semmelbrösel I 1 Ei I Tatarsosse I Pfeffer I Salz
ZUBEREITUNG:
1.Schälen Sie die Scampi und entfernen Sie die Innereien. 2. Mischen Sie das Mehl mit
einer Prise Pfeffer und Salz in einer Schüssel. 3. Schlagen Sie das Ei in einer zweiten
Schüssel und geben Sie die Semmelbrösel in eine dritte Schüssel. 4. Wälzen Sie die
Scampi hintereinander in Mehl, Ei und die Semmelbrösel. Für ein besseres Ergebnis
lassen Sie diese anschliessend kurz im Kühlschrank ruhen. 5. Heizen Sie die Fritteuse
auf 180˚C vor. 6. Geben Sie die Scampi in den Frittierkorb. Sprühen Sie den Korb even-
tuell mit etwas Öl ein, um das Ankleben zu vermeiden. 7. Frittieren Sie die Scampi für
6 Minuten bei 180˚C. 8. Servieren Sie die Scampi mit Tatarsosse als Dip.
INGREDIENTS:
6 scampi I 35 g flour I 75 g breadcrumbs I 1 egg I tartare sauce I pepper I salt
PREPARATION:
1. Peel and devein the scampi. 2. Mix the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper in a
bowl. 3. Beat an egg in a second bowl and put the breadcrumbs in a third bowl. 4.
Then, dip the scampi successively in the flour, the egg and the breadcrumbs. For
best results, allow to chill in the fridge. 5. Preheat the fryer to 180˚C. 6. Put the scam-
pi in the frying basket. First spray the basket with some oil, to prevent sticking. 7. Fry
for 6 minutes at 180˚C. 8. Serve the scampi with tartare sauce for dipping.
