Can I use a charging adaptor other than the one supplied with the unit ?
No, only the charging adaptor supplied with the unit should be used as other adaptors
could destroy the unit or possibly lead to personal injury.
How long should I charge my unit before I use it for the fi rst time ?
The unit should be charged for 20 hours before it’s fi rst use.
Should I completely run the battery down during every use ?
No, The unit should not be fully discharged during each use as this will reduce the
batteries life.
How often should I completely run the batteries down during use ?
The batteries should be completely discharged and completely recharged every 30 to
45 days to maintain optimum performance.
Should I leave my unit attached to the charging adaptor all of the time when not
in use ?
The unit can be left on the charger continuously and there will be no harm to the unit.
The unit can also be recharged at your discretion with no harm as long as the batteries
are not completely discharged between each use. As with all electrical products, the
unit should not be left plugged in when left unattended for extended periods of time.
What should I do if I plug the charging adaptor into the unit and the charging
indicator does not come on ?
The unit will only charge when the on/off button is in the “off” position. Depress the
on/off button to confi rm that the unit is in the “off” position. The caring indicator light
should come on.
