Hak de walnoten fijn. Doe de in-
grediënten - behalve de gehakte
walnoten - in de bakvorm en bak het
brood op het BASIC programma. Voeg
de gehakte walnoten toe na de biep.
Walnoten zijn de gezondste noten. Ze
zijn een uitstekende bron van eiwitten
en antioxidanten voor een goede
stofwisseling. Ze helpen ook om
de bloeddruk op een gezond peil te
houden en bevatten bovendien
krachtige kankerbestrijdende zuren.
Les noix sont les fruits à coque les
plus sains. Ils constituent une source
de protéines et d'antioxydants,
favorisant le métabolisme. Ils con-
tribuent à garder la pression artérielle
à un niveau sain et contiennent de
puissants acides anticancérigènes.
Hachez finement les noix. Mettez les
ingrédients - à l'exception des noix
hachées - dans le moule et cuisez
le pain avec le programme BASIC.
Rajoutez les noix hachées au bip
sonore.
