8.5 Cubrir el cartucho con un tapón
Para evitar la evaporación del alcohol desnaturalizado, los quemadores se
cubren con tapones de goma cuando el hornillo no va a usarse durante un
periodo prolongado.
➤ Asegúrese de que el hornillo se haya enfriado hasta la temperatura
ambiente.
➤ En caso necesario, retire la tabla para cortar o levante la tapa de vidrio
(ambos accesorios).
➤ Tire del seguro hacia delante (fig. 4, página 3) y levante la parte
superior del hornillo.
➤ Coloque el tapón sobre la boca del cartucho.
➤ Cierre la parte superior del hornillo y fíjela con el seguro.

9 Limpieza y mantenimiento del hornillo

Precaución
No use en la limpieza objetos afilados o duros ya que pueden
dañar el aparato.
➤ Retire la parrilla de la parte superior del hornillo. Para ello, deslice el
seguro hacia fuera del orificio y levante la parrilla (fig. 8, página 4).
➤ Limpie la parte superior del hornillo. En especial, quite con cuidado la
grasa adherida y el aceite.
➤ Sólo para 2500 y 4300: levante el elemento calefactor hasta que note
cierta resistencia. Limpie el hornillo por debajo del elemento calefactor.
