➤ Pour éteindre l’élément chauffant, appuyer sur le bouton marqué du
symbole « 0 ».
➤ Laisser la cuisinière refroidir à température ambiante avant de placer la
planche à couper ou de fermer le couvercle en verre (accessoires).
8.5 Recouvrir le réservoir d’un joint
Afin d’éviter l’évaporation de l’alcool dénaturé, les brûleurs sont recouverts
de joints caoutchouc quand la cuisinière n’est pas utilisée pendant
longtemps.
➤ S’assurer que la cuisinière s’est refroidie à température ambiante.
➤ Le cas échéant, retirer la planche à couper ou soulever le couvercle en
verre (accessoires).
➤ Tirer le taquet vers l’avant (fig. 4, page 3) et soulever le couvercle de la
cuisinière.
➤ Placer le joint au-dessus de l’ouverture du réservoir.
➤ Fermer le couvercle de la cuisinière et le sécuriser avec le taquet.

Remarque
Retirer les joints avant d’utiliser la cuisinière.
9 Nettoyage et entretien de la cuisinière

Attention
Ne pas employer d’objets coupants ou pointus pour le nettoyage,
car ils pourraient endommager l’appareil.
➤ Retirer la grille du dessus de la cuisinière. Faire glisser pour ce faire le
dispositif de retenue hors du trou et soulever la grille (fig. 8, page 4).
➤ Nettoyer le dessus de la cuisinière. En particulier, éliminer avec soin la
graisse et l’huile qui y adhèrent.
➤ 2500 et 4300 uniquement : soulever l’élément chauffant jusqu’à sentir
une résistance. Nettoyer la cuisinière en dessous de l’élément chauffant.
