6.1 Consejos para el ahorro de energía
• Elija un lugar de emplazamiento correctamente ventilado y protegido de la radiación solar.
• Utilice el modo ECO si desea ajustar una mayor eficacia energética y una potencia de
refrigeración limitada de la nevera.
• Evite abrir la nevera más de lo necesario.
• No deje la puerta abierta más tiempo del necesario.
6.2 Instalación de la nevera
➤ Asegúrese de que el lugar de instalación tenga capacidad de carga suficiente para el peso de
la nevera.
➤ Coloque la nevera horizontalmente.
➤ Abra la tapa de la nevera.
➤ Introduzca el recipiente de agua de condensación debajo de la nevera en el alojamiento
correspondiente (fig. 5, página 3).
➤ Coloque las rejillas interiores en la nevera de forma que se apoyen en los carriles preinstalados
laterales (fig. 6, página 4).
➤ Cierre la tapa de la nevera.
6.3 Conectar la nevera

➤ Antes de poner en funcionamiento la nevera, compruebe si la tensión de funcionamiento y la
tensión de red coinciden (véase la placa de características).
NOTA
Para la indicación de temperatura puede elegir entre grados centígrados o Fahrenheit.
Para ello, accione a la vez durante unos tres segundos los pulsadores TEMP + y
TEMP –.
NOTA
Por razones de higiene, debería limpiar la nevera por dentro y por fuera con un paño
húmedo antes de ponerla en funcionamiento (véase capítulo “Limpieza y manteni-
miento” en la página 45).
¡PELIGRO!
No manipule los enchufes ni interruptores con las manos mojadas.
