GERÄUSCHE

Um eine gleichmäßige Dampfleistung zu gewährleisten, ist Ihr Bügelgerät mit

einer Pumpe ausgestattet. Diese macht sich bemerkbar, sobald Sie die Dampftaste

des Bügeleisens drücken. Unter gewissen Bedingungen hört man sie deutlicher:

bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme, wenn der Wassertank leer ist, bei jedem

Austauschen der Kalkfilter-Kartusche.

Während des Betriebs ist das Surren der Pumpe normal.

NOISE

To ensure regular steam output performance, your unit is equipped with a pump

which is activated each time the steam trigger is pressed. It is loudest when there

is no water in the system e.g. :

the appliance is used for the first time, the water tank is empty, the anti-scale

cartridge has just been changed.

During normal use the pump has a gentle humming sound.

• Das Eisen kann bei vertikalem Bügeln auch senkrecht gehalten

werden, um hängende Kleidung oder Gardinen zu glätten.

• Dabei das Bügeleisen von oben nach unten führen und mehrmals

die Dampfstoßtaste drücken.

• Am besten das zu dämpfende Stück glatt gespannt halten. Die

Bügelqualität hängt von der Art des Gewebes ab.

VERTIKALES BÜGELN

• Your iron can also be used vertically to steam clothing on hangers

or curtains, etc.

• Move the iron from top to bottom, keeping the steam button

pressed. For best results, the material to be steamed should be

taught.

• The results vary according to the type of fabric.

Tipps

• Dank der hohen Dampfleistung braucht die Dampstoßtaste jeweils nur kurz

gedrückt zu werden. Kurzes, wiederholtes Drücken auf die Dampfstoßtaste

genügt, um ständig eine ausreichende Menge Dampf zu erhalten.

• Bei intensivem Gebrauch kann nach dem Loslassen der Dampfstoßtaste noch

Dampf austreten, und Wasser kann auf der Abstellplatte erscheinen, was

normal ist, da der verbleibende Dampf auf ihr kondensiert. Falls nötig, die

Platte abtrocknen. Es besteht keine Gefahr, dass sie Schaden nimmt.

• Wählen Sie die große Dampfmenge:

bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme, wenn der Wassertank leer ist, bei jedem

Austauschen der Kalkfilter-Kartusche.

Please note

• Because of the high steam output rate, there is no need to continually press the

steam button. Pressing the button briefly and frequently will enable you to

control the quantity of steam, in order to obtain professional results. It also

prolongs the life of your anti-scale cartridge.

• If the iron is used intensively, steam may continue to be produced after the

steam button has been released and water may appear on the iron holder. This

is normal and is caused by condensation of steam droplets. Sponge them off if

necessary. There is no risk of the metal being damaged.

• Select maximum steam output when :

the unit is used for the first time, the water tank has been refilled, the anti-scale

cartridge has just been changed.

DAMPFERZEUGUNG GENERATION OF STEAM

• Nach dem Bügeln schalten Sie mit dem Knopf “Ein/Aus” das Gerät aus. Ziehen

Sie das Kabel ab und lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen. Dann räumen die Station

weg, ohne den Tank zu entleeren (das Gerät muss flach aufgestellt werden).

• Bei senkrechter Stellung kann Wasser aus dem Tank fließen.

• After ironing, press the On/Off button to switch the appliance off. Unplug the

power cable and let your appliance cool. You can then store the whole unit flat

without emptying the tank.

• If you lie the machine on its side, water from the container may spill out.

Press the steam button to obtain steam.

Never call for steam when there is no water in the

reservoir.
