Please note
• Because of the high steam output rate, there is no need to continuously press
the steam button. Pressing the button briefly and frequently will enable you to
control the quantity of steam, in order to obtain professional results. It also
prolongs the life of your anti-scale cartridge.
• If the iron is used intensively, steam may continue to be produced after the
steam button has been released and water may appear on the iron holder. This
is normal and is caused by condensation of steam droplets. Sponge them off if
necessary. There is no risk of the metal being damaged.
• You should turn the steam output dial to the middle setting when
- the unit is used for the first time,
- the water tank has been refilled,
- the anti-scale cartridge has just been changed.
Press the steam button to obtain steam.
Never call for steam when there is no water in the
reservoir.
It is recommended that you use the ECO function when the
garments are only slightly creased, have come out of a tumble
dryer and whenever you think suitable. In this way you will be
obtaining maximum economy in the use of water and electricity,
up to 50% in electricity and 70% in water.

e. The
illuminated pilot light will confirm that this mode is
operational.

Tipps
• Dank der hohen Dampfleistung braucht die Dampstoßtaste jeweils nur kurz
gedrückt zu werden. Kurzes, wiederholtes Drücken auf die Dampfstoßtaste
genügt, um ständig eine ausreichende Menge Dampf zu erhalten.
• Bei intensivem Gebrauch kann nach dem Loslassen der Dampfstoßtaste noch
Dampf austreten, und Wassertröpfchen können auf der Abstellfläche
erscheinen, was normal ist, da der verbleibende Dampf auf ihr kondensiert.
Falls nötig, die Platte abtrocknen. Es besteht keine Gefahr, dass sie Schaden
nimmt.
• Stellen Sie den Dampfmengenregler auf die Mitte der Dampfskala
- bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme,
- wenn der Wassertank leer ist,
- bei jedem Austauschen der Kalkfilter-Kartusche.
BÜGELN MIT DAMPF
Dampfstoßtaste drücken, um Dampf zu erhalten.
Wenn kein Wasser mehr im Tank ist, sollte die
Dampfstoßtaste nicht mehr betätigt werden.
Für wenig zerknitterte oder leichte Wäsche oder Wäsche aus
dem Wäschetrockner empfehlen wir Ihnen, Ihr Gerät im ECO-
Modus zu benutzen (genügende, aber sparsame Dampf- und
Heizleistung). So sparen Sie bis 50 % Strom und 70 % Wasser
gegenüber der vollen Dampfleistung.
16. Um den ECO-Modus zu benutzen, drücken Sie den Schalter

e". Die Kontrolllampe bestätigt diese Wahl.
