E MESSEN DEMONTEREN

VERVANGEN EN HERMONTEREN
Draag stevige hand-
schoenen bij het hanteren van de messen.
Vervang altijd de
beschadigde of verbogen messen; probeer
ze nooit te repareren! GEBRUIK ALTIJD ORI-
GINELE MESSEN WAAR HET TEKEN OP
STAAT! De messen verschillen onderling,
worden geplaatst in een hoek van 90° en
bewegen in een tegenovergestelde richting.
Bij het monteren dienen de posities in acht
te worden genomen aan de hand van het
codenummer dat zich op de messen bevindt.
1. Demontage
1a = schroef met schroefdraad rechts (losdraai-
en tegen de wijzers van de klok in)
1b = schroef met schroefdraad links (losdraaien
in wijzerzin)
2. Originele reserveonderdelen
Op deze machine mogen alleen de volgende
koppels messen gebruikt worden
Mod.102: 2b82004341/1 82004340/1 2a
Mod.102: 2b82004348/0 82004347/0 2a
Mod.122: 2b82004350/0 82004349/0 2a
3. Hermontage
Zorg ervoor dat het hol deel van de elastische
schijf (3) tegen het mes aandrukt. Hermonteer
de asnaven (4) en zorg ervoor dat de sleutels (5)
goed op het plaats zitten.
4. De schroeven aandraaien
1a = schroef met schroefdraad rechts (aan-
draaien in wijzerzin)
1b = schroef met schroefdraad links (aandraai-
en tegen de wijzers van de klok)
Aandraaien met een dynamometrische sleutel
geijkt op 40-45 Nm
