– Houd het koppelingshuis stevig vast met uw linkerhand, zoals afgebeeld.
– Trek langzaam aan de startergreep tot u de compressie voelt en trek nu
stevig door.
– Trek niet de volle lengte van het starterkoord uit en laat deze onder
begeleiding zich weer oprollen.
– Herhaal dit zonodig totdat de motor bijna aanslaat.
– Wanneer de motor begint, gelieve te openen een weinig het gashendel. De
choke-knoop die automatisch is, het komt op originele positie “ “ terug.
– Laat de motor ongeveer een minuut warmdraaien voordat u aan uw werkzaamheden begint.
Noot: − Als de starthendel herhaaldelijk aangetrokken wordt met de choke op de “ ” positie, komt er te veel benzinetoevoer hetgeen het
starten bemoeilijkt.
− Indien er teveel benzinetoevoer is, verwijder de bougie en draai de starthendel enkele keren om de overvloedige benzine te verijderen.
Droog verder de polen van de bougle.
Waarschuwing tijdens werkzaamheden:
Als de gashendel vol ingeknepen blijft in een onbelaste toestand, kan het motortoerental oplopen tot over de 10.000 min
-1
. Werk enkel met
een belast toerental dat zo ongeveer tussen de 6000 en 8000 min
-1
ligt.
Warme start
– Als boven omschreven, echter zonder gebruik van de choke-knoop.
Stoppen
– Laat de gashendel (2) los en als het motortoerental gezakt is drukt u de I-O
(aan/uit) schakelaar in de “O” stand, zodat de motor stopt.
– Let er op dat het snijblad mogelijk niet onmiddellijk stopt en laat het in een
dergelijk geval eerst volledig tot stilstand komen.
CARBURATEUR AFSTELLEN
Het snijgereedschap (maaiblad of nylon draadkop) mag niet draaien als de gashendel niet bediend wordt. Indien nodig stelt u het stationaire
toerental af met de stationair-stelschroef.
Controleren van stationair toerental
– Stationair toerental afstellen op 3000 min
-1
.
Indien nodig afstellen met de stationair-stelschroef. (snijgereedschap mag
niet draaien wanneer de motor stationair draait).
Indraaien van de stelschroef (1) verhoogt het toerental, uitdraaien zal het
toerental laten zakken.
