Manual para el ordenador
Encender
Conecte el adaptador, colocar el interruptor en
"on" y utilice UP/DOWN y ENTER para
seleccionar usuario (user 1 hasta 4). Utilice
ENTER para validar.
Introduzca los datos del usuario (sexo, edad,
altura y peso) con UP/DOWN/ENTER.
Utilice UP/DOWN/ENTER para seleccionar el
MODO (MANUAL, PROGRAM (beginner,
advanced y performance) WATT, y CARDIO).
Botones y descripcion de funcion
ENTER
Pulse para confirmar el
entrada de datos.
ST/STOP
Para iniciar o detener el
programa de ejercicios.
RESET
Para quitar la pantalla y
todos los datos.
UP
Para seleccionar foncion
arriba.
DOWN
Para seleccionar foncion
abajo.
Time:
Muestra el tiempo.
Distance:
Muestra la distancia
Calorie:
Muestra el consomacion de calorias.
Speed:
Muestra la velocidad en km/h.
Pulse:
Hay dos posibilidades de medir los latidos del
corazón. Usted puede emplear el sensor de
los mangos o bien puede utilizar un transmisor
del latido de corazón en el pecho.
Si utiliza los sensores en los mangos, usted
tiene que hacerlo con las dos manos. Hay 2
sensores que son 2 piezas de metal.
Cada mano debe de estar en las partes de
metal para determinar la medición. El latido de
corazón se muestra en la pantalla.
Para entrenamiento HR es obligatorio el
uso de un cinturón en el pecho.
Watt:
El resistencia en WATT.
Vuestro ordenador es compatible con el
chest transmitter opcional para
registracion del latido de corazon integrado
sin hilo.
