Function keys
Power: powering up the treadmill.
Start/stop: starting and stopping the belt.
Enter: confirming program selection as well as
confirming data entered. During power off, push
select for 2 seconds to change km display into miles.
Select: to select the preset or user programs.
Speed +/-: to adjust speed with intervals of 0.2 kph.
Or set speed using the direct speed keys (2-18 kph).
Incline +/-: to adjust inclination level. Or set the
inclination using the direct incline keys (1-12%).
General operation:

Safety tips:
To start, turn on the power and attach the safety key
to the monitor. Note that the machine does not work
and no LED will be displayed without the Safety key
attached. Please clip the other end of the safety key
to the user before exercising to ensure the machine
will stop in case the user accidentally runs off the
treadmill. Should that happen, the safety key will be
cut off the monitor and the treadmill will stop at once
to avoid further injury.
Program selection:
There are 23 programs including: 1 manual, 11
preset courses, 4 target courses, 3 Hr training
courses, 3 user profiles and body fat calculation.
Pulse rate:
There are two ways to measure your heart rate. One
is using the hand-pulse sensor. Another is using
chest belt. The hand-pulse sensor is setting for the
first priority. Please use both hands to gently hold the
hand-pulse sensors. There are 2 sensors and 2
pieces of metal part each sensor. Each hand must
gently hold both metal pieces to trigger the
measuring.
For HR training the use of a chest belt to measure
pulse rate is compulsory.
Your computer is compatible with the
optional chest transmitter (ref 20073), for
integrated wireless heart rate registration.

Operation
Position the safety key into the on position.
Press the power button. The monitor will turn on. The
Matrix window will display WT. Enter your weight
using the speed +/- or incline +/- button. Press
ENTER to confirm your setting value. Next select
manual (press start) or select a program using
SELECT button.
MANUAL training:
Press START, use incline and speed buttons to
adjust values. Matrix shows a 400 m running track.
PROGRAM mode:
Use SELECT button to choose program, press
ENTER to confirm selection. Press Start to begin
exercising. All programs will automatically repeat until
STOP is pressed.
P2-5 are incline programs: speed is controlled by the
user.
P6-9 are speed programs: elevation is controlled by
the user.
P10-12 are cross training programs. Speed and
elevation can be adjusted by user.
P13: target distance program. Use speed +/- or
incline +/- button to enter distance, press ENTER to
confirm selection. Press Start to begin exercising.
Speed and elevation are controlled by the user.
P14: target calories program. Use speed +/- or
incline +/- button to enter targeted burn-off, press
ENTER to confirm selection. Press START to begin
exercising. Speed and elevation are controlled by the
user.
P15: target time program. Use speed +/- or incline
+/- button to enter targeted exercise time, press
ENTER to confirm selection. Press START to begin
exercising. Speed and elevation are controlled by the
user.
P16: target elevation program. Use speed +/- or
incline +/- button to enter targeted elevation gain,
with increments of 10 m. Press ENTER to confirm
selection. Press START to begin exercising. Speed
and elevation are controlled by the user.
