automaticamente a seconda del valore
inserito (per intervalli di 30 secondi).
Avviare l’allenamento con il tasto
ST/STOP.Inserire la zona obiettivo di
frequenza cardiaca da non superare con
i tasti UP e DOWN. La resistenza si
adatterà automaticamente a seconda
del valore inserito (per intervalli di 30
secondi). Se si supera questo valore, la
resistenza sarà corretta
automaticamente per intervalli di 15
secondi. Nel caso in cui si supera la
frequenza cardiaca selezionata, un
segnale acustico lo segnalerà. Se
questa situazione dura più di 3 minuti, il
computer fermerà l’esercizio e sarà
attivato il livello 1.
Premere STOP per fermare o mettere in
pausa l'esercizio.
Premere RESET per fermare il
programma.
