Entrenamiento en mode MANUAL
Selecciona MANUAL, utilice UP/DOWN y
ENTER para programmar tiempo.

Apriete ST/STOP para empezar a ejercer.
La resistencia se ajusta automáticamente
en función del valor de Watts introducido.
Cuando la cifra está bajo el valor
preestablecido la resistencia se ajusta
automáticamente por intervalos
ascendentes de (30 segundos) hasta el
nivel máximo de 32. En el caso que la cifra
alcanza el valor preestablecido, la
resistencia se estabilizará
automáticamente en un nivel. En el caso
de exceder el valor indicado, la resistencia
se autoajustará por intervalos
descendentes de (15 segundos) hasta
alcanzar el objetivo.
Presione RESET para salir del programa.
Un transmisor del latido de corazón es
obligatorio para el entrenamiento HR.
