Allenamento in modo MANUALE
(Program 1)
Selezionare PROGRAM 1 e programmare
il tempo di allenamento desiderato, la
distanza da percorrere e le calorie da
spendere con i tasti //ENTER.
La funzione TIME lampeggia, selezionare
il tempo di allenamento desiderato
//ENTER (L'utente può programmare
una sola funzione, tempo o distanza).
La funzione DISTANCE lampeggia,
selezionare la distanza da percorrere con
//ENTER.
La funzione CALORIES lampeggia,
selezionare le calorie da spendere con
//ENTER.
Avviare l’allenamento con il tasto
ST/STOP.
Programmare la resistenza con /
(RB-2 offre 28 livelli di difficoltà).
Premere ST/STOP per fermare il
programma.
Allenamento in modo PROGRAMMA
(Program 2-7)
Selezionare PROGRAM 2-7 con
//ENTER.
Quindi programmare tempo o distanza, e
calories con i tasti // ENTER, come
precedentemente indicato. Per questo tipo
di allenamento, la funzione WATT non può
essere programmata.
Avviare l’allenamento con il tasto
ST/STOP.
Premere ST/STOP per fermare il
programma.
Allenamento in MODO WATT
(Pogram 8)
Selezionare PROGRAM 8 con
//ENTER.
Quindi programmare tempo o distanza,
calories e watt (l’energia da produrre
durante lo sforzo) con i tasti // ENTER,
come precedentemente indicato.
Avviare l’allenamento con il tasto
ST/STOP.
La resistenza si adatterà automaticamente
a seconda del valore inserito (per intervalli
di 30 secondi). Se si supera questo valore,
la resistenza sarà corretta
automaticamente per intervalli di 15
secondi. Nel caso in cui si supera il valore
inserito, un segnale acustico lo segnalerà.
Se questa situazione dura più di 3 minuti, il
computer fermerà l’esercizio e sarà
attivato il livello 1.
Premere ST/STOP per fermare il
programma.
