Operating Instructions Computer
Switch on
Insert 2 batteries AAA 1.5 V (Batteries are not
included).
After inserting the battery and/ or after pressing any
button the display will blink for one second. If the
display fails, replace the battery.
Program user data (gender, height, weight and age)
using UP/DOWN/MODE.
Exercising without programming
The display will light up when you start pedaling, and
cumulative values for speed, distance, time, calorie
burn and heart rate will show in the lower part of the
display. The main screen will scan through all values.
Function buttons
MODE Press to select any function to be
displayed on the main screen.
UP/DOWN To set values for time, distance, age
and calorie.
RESET Press to clear current data.
RECOVERY Press this button for recovery function.
After exercising, while the LCD is still
active, press recovery button, and hold
both sensors.
The computer will run a time down for
60 seconds, after which your recovery
rate will be displayed, grades 1 up to
6. Level 1 featuring fast recovery, level
6 slow recovery.
Consult your physician for professional
advice before adapting a heart rate
recovery program.
Press button again to return to exit
Recovery Function.
BODY FAT Press to display your BMI Value.
Function description
SCAN Displaying different functions with 6
seconds interval.
TIME Press ‘MODE’ to select time.
You may preset a target time by
pressing the ‘UP/DOWN’ button, each
step counting 1 min. Confirm the target
time by pressing ‘MODE’. The
computer will start automatically upon
pedaling. When target time is reached
an alarm will sound for 8 seconds,
while timer starts counting up.
SPEED/ RPM Current speed, with a maximum of
99.99 km/h.
DISTANCE Press ‘MODE’ to select distance.
Accumulates total distance with
increments of 0.5 km.
You may preset a target distance by
pressing the ‘UP/DOWN’ button, each
step counting 0.5 km. Confirm the
target distance by pressing ‘MODE’.
The computer will start automatically
upon pedaling. When target distance is
reached an alarm will sound for 8
seconds, while distance starts
counting up.
