Precautions
1. Do not expose the MP3 player to the following conditions:
1.1 High temperatures (higher than 40
°C or 104°F);
1.2 Direct sunlight for long periods or near instruments producing high temperature;
1.3 High humidity or moisture;
1.4 Places with heavy dust.
2. Maintenance
2.1 Avoid dropping the player. Shock as a result of normal use such as running or walking is not
strong enough to damage the MP3 player. However, dropping from heights of more than a
couple of feet or onto hard surfaces may reduce its sound quality, or cause the player to stop
working. This is not considered normal wear and tear.
2.2 Please do not attempt to service, dismantle or modify the player by yourself.
2.3 Keep the input jacks of the player free from foreign matter.
3. Please pay attention to the following when using the player:
3.1 Keep the earphone volume low. Experts have concluded that prolonged exposure to
high volume may damage hearing and cause tinnitus (ringing in the ears).
3.2 Do not use the earphones when driving.
3.3 Do not use the earphones in emergencies or dangerous situations.
3.4 If tinnitus occurs, reduce the volume or stop using the earphones.
4. To prevent electrostatic charge, please avoid using the player in areas of extreme
dryness.
5. Do not disconnect the player when formatting, uploading or downloading files, as
this may cause programming errors.
