Problemlösung
Störung Ursache Lösung
Bei dem Ladevorgang
wird die START-Taste
gedrückt und der Sauger
fährt nicht zurück und
startet den Saugvorgang.
Das Licht wird rot und 3
Pieptöne ertönen.
Die Taste ist nicht
gedrückt.
Betätigen Sie den
Schalter an und drücken
Sie die START-Taste
erneut.
Der Saugroboter
ist direkt an den
Adapter zum Aufladen
angeschlossen.
Trennen Sie die
Stromversorgung und
betätigen Sie den
Schalter.
Der innere Ventilator
arbeitet nicht nach
der Montage des
Staubbehälters.
Der Staubbehälter ist
nicht richtig montiert.
Montieren Sie den
Staubbehälter erneut.
Der Magnet des
Staubbehälters wurde
verloren.
Kontaktieren Sie den
Händler.
Defekt des Ventilators
Kontaktieren Sie den
Händler.
Der Roboter verhält sich
folgendermaßen: fährt
rückwärts und bewegt
sich von links nach
rechts, fährt rückwärts
und dreht sich im Kreis.
Ein Fremdkörper
befindet sich in
der Halterung der
Rollenbürste.
Reinigen Sie die
Halterung der
Rollenbürste.
Der Roboter verhält sich
folgendermaßen: fährt
rückwärts und dreht sich
im Kreis oder ständige
Kreisbewegungen.
Die vorderen Sensoren
sind mit Staub
verschmutzt.
Reinigen Sie die
Sensoren.
Die Absturzsensoren sind
mit Staub verschmutzt.
Der Roboter verhält sich
folgendermaßen: fährt
rückwärts und dreht sich
3mal im Kreis während
der Reinigung.
Der vordere Stoßfänger
bleibt hängen.
Ziehen Sie vorsichtig am
vorderen Stoßfänger und
klopfen Sie darauf.
Der Roboter verhält sich
folgendermaßen: fährt
rückwärts und dreht
sich alle 2-3 Sekunden
während der Reinigung
im Kreis. Keine anderen
Probleme treten dabei auf.
Störung am Vorderrad.
Bewegen Sie das
Vorderrad mit der Hand
und prüfen Sie, ob es
blockiert.

  • my d960 has been charging for days and will not turn green. When i start it (yellow), it sounds like it's going to go but only for a nanosecond before the start button turning red. Thoughts? Submitted on 4-2-2022 at 17:45
