GARANTÍA
• GARANTÍA DE SATISFACCIÓN DE 30 DÍAS SIN RIESGO •
Si no queda completamente satisfecho con las prestaciones de su
herramienta DEWALT, devuélvala dentro de los 30 días, completa tal
como la compró, al punto de compra y le devolveremos su dinero o
se la cambiaremos. Debe aportar la prueba de compra.
• CONTRATO DE MANTENIMIENTO GRATUITO
POR 1 AÑO •
Si necesita mantenimiento o revisión de su herramienta DEWALT,
dentro de los 12 meses posteriores a la fecha de compra, este se
realizará sin cargo en un servicio técnico autorizado DEWALT. Debe
aportar la prueba de compra. Incluye la mano de obra y las piezas
de repuesto de la herramienta. Los accesorios están excluidos.
• GARANTÍA TOTAL DE 1 AÑO •
Si su producto DEWALT se avería debido a algún fallo de materiales
o de fabricación dentro de los 12 meses siguientes a la fecha
de compra, le garantizamos el cambio sin cargo de todas las
piezas defectuosas o, a nuestro exclusivo criterio, el cambio de la
herramienta sin cargo, en el supuesto de que:
• No se haya sometido al producto a uso indebido.
• No se haya intentado realizar reparaciones por personas no
autorizadas.
• Se requiere la prueba de compra. Esta garantía se ofrece como
ventaja extra y de forma adicional a los derechos legales de los
consumidores.
