WAARSCHUWING: Breng nooit
veranderingen aan het elektrisch
gereedschap of enig onderdeel daarvan

GEBRUIKSDOEL
Uw D
EWALT bandschuurmachines DW650 en
DW650E zijn ontworpen voor het snel schuren
van hout, metaal, en plastic in een professionele
omgeving.
GEBRUIK ZE NIET bij natte omstandigheden of
in de aanwezigheid van ontvlambare vloeistoffen of
gassen.
Deze schuurmachines zijn professionele
gereedschapsmachines.
LAAT GEEN kinderen in contact met het
gereedschap komen. Toezicht is vereist als
onervaren operators dit gereedschap bedienen.
Elektrische veiligheid
De elektrische motor is ontworpen voor slechts
één spanning. Controleer altijd of de voltage
overeenstemt met de voltage op de typeplaat.
Uw DEWALT gereedschap is dubbel
geïsoleerd in overeenstemming met
EN 60745; er is daarom geen aarddraad
nodig.
Als het stroomsnoer is beschadigd, moet het
worden vervangen door een speciaal geprepareerd
snoer dat leverbaar is via de DEWALT servicedienst.
Een verlengsnoer gebruiken
Gebruik, als een verlengsnoer nodig is, een
goedgekeurd 3-aderig verlengsnoer dat geschikt is
voor de stroomvoorziening van dit gereedschap (zie
technische gegevens). De minimale geleidergrootte
is 1.5 mm

; de maximale lengte is 30 m.
Als u een haspel gebruikt, dient u het snoer altijd
volledig af te rollen.
MONTAGE EN AANPASSINGEN
WAARSCHUWING: Om het risico
van letsel te verminderen, moet u de
unit uitzetten en de stekker van de
machine uit het stopcontact halen
vóór de installatie en verwijdering
van toebehoren, vóór het aanpassen
of veranderingen van instellingen of
als u reparaties uitvoert. Controleer
of de triggerschakelaar in de UIT-positie
staat. Een toevallige activering kan
verwondingen veroorzaken.
Bevestiging en Centreren Van De
Schuurband (fi g. 2, 3)
Uw bandschuurmachine is geschikt voor
schuurband; maat 100 x 570 mm.
1. Plaats de machine op zijn zij met de
klemhefboom (l) naar boven gericht.
2. Trek klemhefboom (l) naar boven en naar rechts.
3. Verwijder de schuurband (e).
4. Plaats de nieuwe schuurband zodanig dat
richting van de pijl aan de binnenzijde van de
schuurband overeenkomt met richting van de
pijl op de machine (met de pijl aan dezelfde kant
van de bandrollen).
5 Druk de klemhefboom naar achteren.
6. Schakel de machine in en draai aan de
centreerknop (f) totdat de schuurband
gecentreerd op de bandrol (k) ligt.
WAARSCHUWING: De schuurband
mag nooit aan de achterkant uitsteken!
De schuurband moet gelijk met de rand
van het schuurvlak liggen (zie pijl).

Draai de schakelaar (b) in de gewenste stand. Hoe
hoger het getal, hoe groter de bandsnelheid.
